Why a course on FitSpace

A course is your main scalable product: build the program once (videos, schedule, copy), buyers get access for a set period. Use it when you don’t need to coach everyone 1:1 — unlike coaching.

Lifecycle

Draft → Under review → Approved → (edits via Revision) → Archive
           ↓ rejected
        Draft (fixes)

First launch = course moderation. After approval, meaningful changes (copy, price, videos) = revision while the catalog keeps the current approved version.

Fields that drive sales and discovery

• Price and currency
• Access duration (days after purchase) — access ends per platform rules
• Goals, equipment, age — catalog filters
• Discount (optional) — shown on the card
• Recommended meal plan — your approved plan bundled with the course
• Chat with author — chat_enabled: student can message or only you start — Chat
• Offline gym — if tied to a specific location

Verification and payouts

• Submit for moderation only with confirmed verification.
• Sales revenue — payouts by period, not per charge.

Translations

Add title/description translations and dubbing — Translations. Catalog respects buyer UI language.

Common mistakes

• Mixing first moderation with revision on a live course.
• Expecting revision draft changes to be visible to buyers before approval.
• Submitting without at least one workout video.
