YouTube: best for discovery, weakest for automatic continuity
YouTube reduces cost and gives access to many instructors, durations, and styles. It is useful for trying a training format before paying and for finding a single mobility, yoga, or conditioning session.
The user remains responsible for deciding what comes next, whether two videos duplicate the same load, and whether the instructor’s progression fits the user’s level. Playlists can create structure, but they do not automatically become an individualized plan.
